4. ***DOUBLE OFFSET TO ENSURE ENHANCED SEAT LIFE, BY IMPARTING A CAMMING ACTION TO THE DISC AS IT ROTATES BOTH IN AND OUT OF SEAT, SEAL WEAR POINT ARE ELIMINATED AT THE TOP AND BOTTOM OF THE SEAT.

5. "0" RINGS ON FACES ELIMINATE NEED FOR FLANGE GASKET. (APPLICABLE ON REQUEST)

VALVES ARE MOSTLY DESIGNED AND MANUFACTURED TO BS5155, AWWA-C-504, IS 13095 STANDARDS.

   Extra accessories: Limit switches, Solenoid valve,
   Valve positioner, FRL unit, Reservoir, Manual fail safe arrangement.

Manufacturing:

1. Dynamic manufactures Butterfly valves and non return valves and dampers up to 2400mm.

2. Material of Construction offered are:
   Casted version (CI, Steel Cast, SG & SS)
   Fabricated version (MS-IS 2062, BQ-IS 2002, SS-AISI 304, AISI 316)

3. Valves dimensions for face to face and flanges are available as per the standards IS, AISI, and BS or as per clientele requirements.

4. Valves are of tight shut off design, manufactured and tested to standards AWWA C 504, IS 13095.

5. Patterns are available in Aluminum or Wood for the entire range.

6. Machinery and handling capacity is available up to a size of 2400 mm.

7. Hydro test can be carried out with the help of booster pump (<30 Bars) and Airtest can be carried out with the help of compressor (<10 Bars) with all sizes of test flanges.

8. Castings are bought from M/s Mysorer Kirloskar (Harihar), Westend Foundry along with test certificates.

9. Materials are tested in Government recognized laboratories like M/s Elca Laboratories, Thane and M/s Subodh Laboratories, Navi Mumbai, for chemical composition and physical properties.

10. Records are kept for ready traceability and identification of the material.

11. We are approved by EIL, MECON, DMCL, NPCIL etc. and can provide third party inspection if necessary.

Design:

1. Valves are in double eccentric disc design which reduces the operating torque of the valve significantly.

2. The design is with "0" seal for shaft seal thus eliminating the gland packing which exists in the conventional valves. It reduces wear and tear of shaft with assured leak proofness. This is maintained due to the advanced and precise machining technology in shaft bearing area with the help of special purpose machines.

3. The special profile of the seal which provides for expansion is also easily replaceable and adjustable even after many years thus making the valve totally leak proof and easily serviceable.

4. Gear operators in different models are available according to the size and pressure rating. These can be converted to electrically operated or with hydraulic low shock damping effect.
